April 18th – June 15th (no camp May 30th or June 1st)
Days: Tuesday and Thursdays

Designed to develop strength, agility, and confidence.
Always accepting all athletes in all sports.
Learn the fundamentals to lifting correctly, with a strong emphasis on technique and form from the Edison football coaching staff
Lifts and weight will be added gradually, as proficiency develops.
